The Drying Shed

The drying  Shed is an  Amish built house where one of a kind wreaths ,
swags baskets , Bouquets and primitive wooden crafts are created. Crafts to decorate with dried flowers bunches  to create your own crafts.

When you visit the Drying Shed , you can look at pictures of the 38 acre Dayton Farm where Patty Painter and her husband Alan and there three son's grow flowers. The flowers are started in  there greenhouse most from seed gathered the year before.  At harvest time the plants are picked , bunched and hung upside down to air dry in The Drying Shed.

We are located 1 mile North of the town of Smicksburg on Rt. 954.
